Authors should refer the guide for writing format and style. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed. Manuscripts with significant results and follow the guide for authors carefully will be reviewed and published at the highest priority and speed. Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation.
