International Journal of Cloud Computing and Services Science (IJ-CLOSER) focuses to publish the emerging area of cloud computing, inspired by some latest advances that concern the infrastructure, operations, available services through the global network, and a new wave of interest in "externalization of IT" anything as a service (including software as a service, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service), on demand delivery, outsourcing, and so on. The IJ-CLOSER considers as essential the link to services science, acknowledging the service-orientation in most current IT-driven collaborations, and how the cloud computing in services science can provide theory, methods and techniques to design, analyze, manage, market etc. Its scope includes (but not limited) to the following:
(1) Fundamentals of cloud computing
(2) Cloud computing enabling technology
(3) Cloud computing platforms and applications
(4) Services science foundations for cloud computing

Kindly please download the template of the IJ-CLOSER. Authors should refer the guide forwriting format and style. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guideline to authors will not be processed. Manuscripts with significant results and follow the guide forauthors carefully will be reviewed and published at the highest priority and speed. Submittedpapers are evaluated by anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 days.
